If you see a message requesting an activation code, you will need to update your phone settings as the App may be stuck in commercial mode:
1. sign out completely from your Echelon Fit App (...MORE / Sign Out)
2. on your device / device settings / Apps
3. scroll to 'Echelon Fit' app
4. disable toggle 'Commercial Mode'
5. sign in to your Echelon Fit App
