Tracking information: Our courier will send you tracking information within 2 business days of placing your order. They will contact you directly to arrange the delivery, please ensure you're able to receive text messages under the phone number provided in your order.
Deliveries are usually made within 3-8 business days (UK mainland), Monday - Friday 8am-6pm.
Shipments to addresses outside UK mainland and to Ireland take 10-14 business days.
Subscription activation email with a coded link to activate the subscription package you have purchased with your fitness equipment, eg monthly, yearly, 2-yearly membership.
You can choose to activate your membership straight away to take advantage of the Fit Pass (floor workouts) here's how:
1. activate your membership by following the link
2. update your device to the latest software version, power off, restart.
3. download the Echelon Fit app from Google Play or Apps Store, you will see this logo:
4. sign in on the Echelon Fit app with your credentials
5. .....MORE/ select equipment / Fit Pass (trainer with dumbbells)
Subscriptions that have been acquired previously through the Echelon Fit from App Store or Google Play, ie not via the Echelonfit on line store, will continue to run unless cancelled. Cancellation and refund requests need to be directed to the respective merchant, eg Apple or Google via your device or web browser.
