Ensure you have correctly activated the subscription you purchased with your fitness equipment by following the activation link received with your order.
Sign out of your Echelon Fit app and log in again - your classes should be in colour (not greyed out).
NOTE: If you receive the message 'upgrade your subscription', please ignore this as it will activate yet another subscription with Google Play / Apps Store.
Please also do not use your Echelon Fit app to 'Manage your subscription' as this too will activate another subscription with Google Play / Apps Store.

To toggle between your membership features, in your Echelon Fit app, go to:
.....MORE / Select Equipment / My Equipment / + / scroll through to:
- Fit Pass (trainer with dumbbells)
- Connect Bike
- Echelon Row
